We prepare and audit the file, submit through the recognised government platforms in Abu Dhabi, and track comments and coordinate responses until the transaction closes. Engineering design and construction works are not part of this service.
Issuing permits and approvals is the exclusive authority of the government entities. We do not guarantee that an approval will be granted or that it will arrive within a set time, and we are not responsible for an authority's decisions or for changes to its requirements.
You provide valid, current documents and the authorisation we need to submit on your behalf. Late or missing documents directly affect the transaction, and inaccurate information can cause an application to be rejected.
Government fees are paid to the authority concerned and are separate from our service fee. Fees are set per transaction and agreed in writing before any work begins.
Your documents are used only to complete your transactions and are not shared with any third party beyond the government authorities handling them.
The contract is with Royal Luxury Construction LLC. APPROVAL is a service name, not a separate company. These terms are governed by the laws of the United Arab Emirates, and the courts of Abu Dhabi have jurisdiction over any dispute.
